Refunds Accepted

A refund may only be granted in the following cases:

• A confirmed issue with the mod that cannot be resolved after troubleshooting and assistance through a Discord ticket.

• An subscription charged twice within the same month, subject to verification of your Patreon payment history.

• Multiple one-time purchases of the same content accidentally made on the same day.
   

Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds will be issued in the following cases:

• Use of my content with pirated or illegally obtained game packs

• Conflicts with third-party mods or custom content

• Failure to cancel a subscription before its renewal date, including accidental or forgotten renewals

• A change of mind or loss of interest after making a one-time purchase or subscribing.

One-Time Purchases

A one-time purchase gives you access to the version of the mod available at the time of purchase. Future updates, improvements, or fixes are not included.

To access a newer Patreon version, you will need to make a new one-time purchase or renew your subscription.
