REFUND POLICY

I am committed to providing quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. However, in the event of a problem with downloadable content, the following refund policy applies:

  Refund Policy  

Refunds will only be granted in cases of irreparable technical issues or billing errors, subject to prior verification on Discord.

No refunds will be issued for change of mind or dissatisfaction after the content has been downloaded.

It is the user’s responsibility to manage their Patreon subscription, and no refunds will be issued in case of failure to cancel.

  Refund Period  

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. After this period, no requests will be accepted.

  Refund Request Process  

Please contact me at grumpy4mods@gmail.com, including your proof of purchase and the reason for your request.

  Eligibility Criteria  

Monthly and annual subscriptions are refundable on a pro-rata basis, provided that the content has neither been downloaded nor used, in accordance with the specified conditions.

  Exceptions and Special Cases  

No refunds will be issued for partially used content.

 

  Processing Time  

Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days via the original payment method. For any questions, please contact me at grumpy4mods@gmail.com.

  Refund Policy / One-Time Purchase  

A one-time purchase gives you access to the version of the mod compatible with the official The Sims 4 game at the time of your purchase. This purchase does not include future updates or bug fixes. To receive updates and potential fixes, you must either be a subscriber or make another one-time purchase.
